Job Context: Plan, organize and evaluate the activities concerning the registrars and stretcher bearers, according to MSF values, policies and protocols and universal health standards, in order to warrant the quality and continuity of the health care and the development of the plan of action.
Job Responsibilities:
Carry out the functions and tasks associated to supervision of stretcher bearers and registrars to support the nursing team, whenever required or needed, in order to optimize the resources, contributing with his/her knowledge and experience;
Organize and coordinate the activities of his/her team (week’s schedule, annual leave, absences, etc.), evaluate their performance and define and ensure the needs for training of staff, in order to ensure the coverage of the human resources needs and maintain high standards of quality;
Ensuring that all staff are qualified and trained; cleaning and minor maintenance tasks are performed according to the protocols;
Carry-out and/or coordinate administrative (exit-paper, transfer-paper, etc.), information and data collection (patient files, forms, statistics, etc.) tasks, and elaborate regular reporting, in order to have updated and reliable information about the day-to-day activity in the project, output/ outcome and support decision-taking;
Give feedback/ reports to NAM;
Knowing, promoting, implementing, and monitoring universal hygiene standards/precautions, bio-hazard prevention and infection control, security rules, and other protocols and procedures in medical facilities, as well as ensuring high hygiene standards in his/her working environment. Maintaining medical confidentiality at all times;
Identifying victims of sexually gender-based violence and referring them to the medical team and SRH department so that they can receive the necessary treatment;
Knowing the importance and proper application of the Post Exposure Prophylaxis (PEP) Kit;
Ensure that patients are properly welcomed and advocated for, and that those who lack autonomy are assisted, particularly with feeding, personal hygiene, movement, and comfort;
Mentoring and guiding colleagues in your field of expertise, as well as ensuring teamwork and compliance with all appropriate protocols and procedures;
When needed, assist other colleagues by doing what the position allows to do while avoiding unauthorised actions;
Ensure the patientflow in the different departments in the PHC (from triage to exit);
Supervision of interdisciplinary tasks assigned to crowd controllers (blood donor, etc);
Ensure communication with the Nurse Team Supervisors and Logsupervisor to have a good collaboration between the nursingteam, guards and the stretcher bearers and Registars;
Ensures that all materials are available for patient registration;
Helps find solutions to technical problems during patient registration;
Help support the supervisor or manager for any given ad-hock non-medical responsibility, such as temporary intervention(s) or administration;
Replace nurses when there is a gap, replace nurse team supervisor during absence;
Contributes to nurse on-job training;
Organization in patient files (Bahnmi files and HepC files) organization and liaison with data department;
Ensure and support proper data collection by registrars.

Salary is not negotiable.Income tax deduction at source will be applicable based on the current income tax rule.

There are no provisions for relocations.
